I like this voice alot but, like many, dislike the few anime like noises in it. I went through, testing to figure out which sound files were which, until I found the ones that I (and many here from the looks of it) didn't enjoy. Since I couldn't think of a better way than trial and error, I opened/closed my save 10 or so times, pulling 5 or so files out a time to find the culprits. It took a good 30 min or so =/...

Here is my suggestion (what worked for me) : Installed another good voice that i liked with NMM, then manually installed Young Female voice replacer over top of it but EXCLUDING the files I just listed. This way, you get all the great sounds, and the ones those of us didn't like are replaced with SIMILAR sounds from another great voice mod.
any chance you could make a version without the hentai moans? Love most of the sound, but there is one that is a bit awkward to hear in the middle of combat.

I used some of your 'Young female voice replacer mod' to replace some of the voices in 'LoL Ahri Voice mod' and have been using it personally, but I'd like the share it with the nexus. Is that alright with you?
