This is Adonis.
He's basically an "improved" version of Zeffir. I restart my saves a lot and try to improve my characters appearance each new game. So, I had plenty of time between saves to spend on sculpting his face in RaceMenu, fixing the edges and smoothing his features. Gave him a more pronounced jawline and cheekbones. I say he's pretty aight looking at this point, so for y'all ladies and gents craving some chiseledly goodness in your Skyrim, Adonis is for you!
