The reason given by the author is: Since I finally finished working on new versions of both potions and poisons, there is no point to keep them as separate mods. You can download merged mod here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/75492/?
From now on any updates for either potions or poisons will be uploaded there. Version 2.1 is available to download.
