Now merchants will have plenty of stock in most items you find yourself wanting multiples of.
DLC's are covered for the added stocks from them (Bolts, arrows, ingredients, potions and poisons from the DLC)
These are super clean and will merge fine with relatively everything.

Standard blacksmiths will have @100 each of all the arrows and the two types of plain bolts (NO Dragon arrows you have to make those).
As a side effect some vendors will have a ton in stock -- > The guy at the drunken huntsman is nuts and has like 600 of each. <-- Wierdo

People who stock soul gems will now have bunches in stock including filled ones.
However local laws make it so keeping filled black soul gems around is illegal and will get you hung so you'll have to fill your own.
