Proudspire Manor minor improvements

Changes include:

- cozier, warmer lighting
- added a few extra storage containers (mainly in the alchemy laboratory and in the upper bedroom area)
- added two Hearthfire planters in the upper area
- added decorative plants
- added a few rugs
- added mudcrab plaque
- added anvil, sharpening wheel and an armor workbench in the basement
- v0.8.2 fixes the lightning in the children's bedroom

I tried to keep true to the original layout of the house. Also I attempted not to make the place too cramped or crowded with containers/decoration.

I recommend using Jaxonz Positionier/Grimy Utilities to place your own furniture or decorations.

Hearthfires and USLEEP required/recommended.
