This fixes an issue when using Illustrious cloaks of skyrim where the cloaks wouldn't appear with HDT physics even with Illustrious installed.

To install First install cloaks of skyrim, Then my patch, And then install HDT illustrious cloaks, [OVERWRITE EVERYTHING!!!]
