Update 2.0 adds the female forsworn outfit to complete the set. Same resolution options as the male version. Body, boots, gauntlets, and headdress included.
Leave your comments and queries here. Yes, I do plan on making the female version, and no I don't plan on redoing all the armors. Lets get that out of the way.
Thanks for all the kind endorsements.... and generous donations. If I had known forsworn were so popular, I would've done this sooner.
Cheers, Gamwich
Please feel free to add screenshots to the gallery.... I always enjoy seeing more textures in different ENBs and lighting conditions.
So is Fur and Skaal, but they're included in Rustic Clothing. So it was a valid question.
The Forsworn boots and bracers aren't showing up properly on male models with any armor (invisible bracers, and the boots look like shoes with toes sticking out of one side). I didn't check female models. Without armor, the boots and bracers show up properly, so I don't know what's going on. It might be a compatibility issue with aMidianBorn Armors.
The question was valid, but the organization is Bethesda's, not my own. RUSTIC CLOTHING only includes those textures that are found in the clothing textures folder.
Anything not showing up properly in game is not the fault of this mod. It is a simple vanilla texture replacer. It contains no meshes. It is the meshes that control which textures are displayed. You must have another mod that is conflicting.
Hello Mr. Gamwich! First off, please don't mistake this post for criticism or lack of respect, it is neither. But recently I re-modded my Forsworn outfit meshes to be less, well, naked... and I noticed the gloves and boots aren't quite as gorgeous as the armor and headgear. Which is mostly due to the poor atrocious UV-mapping of the meshes of course. But I also noticed that the textures from this mod are 1K resolution for boots and gloves, same as the Beth HD texture packs, including those in the 4K download file. So I was wondering if you maybe had a higher res workcopy backed up somewhere and whether you'd be amenable to offering an optional upgrade download for boots and gloves? I for one would be very grateful and I hope I'm not imposing with my request. TIA for your consideration.
I don't have a 2K version of the boots or bracelets, as I work at the finished resolution. I make the texture sizes so that the individual pieces have a corresponding level of detail. The main 4K armor has many components, while the bracelets and boots have fewer pieces, so they don't need to be as large. Generally, 1K is sufficient since hands and feet are small in relation to the body. Headwear is where I often use 2K textures due to the fact that the meshes stretch more and 1K textures lose detail because of that.
I agree that the meshes are what holds back the visual quality of the game. The base models have too few polygons and poor UV mapping. The age of the game really shows in the quality of the meshes.
I currently have dimonized UNP body mod installed, and I noticed that the forsworn armor changes the nipple's position, like I can see half the character's nipples and they seem to be shifted upwards and out of position. Imagine the original upload picture, but you can see half the nipple on the left and right breast, which doesn't make sense anatomically. I'm not sure if that's a thing with the UNP mod or Rustic Forsworn itself, but is there a way to fix this?
EDIT: Nevermind, this is a problem with the body itself and not the textures, I confirmed this when I uninstalled this texture and still had the exact same problem
Just an fyi in case it has not already been mentioned, but the 2k/1k version actually has 512 normals for the main armor. No worrys though, I can download another version and make it right manually. Oh, and beautiful work here. What a challenge to fix this! Thank you.
I think I use almost all of your Rustic textures and they really add to the game. Great work!
I would have a request/suggestion: The only thing I could not find decent (or any) replacers for, are the Forsworn Weapons. Do you have any plans on redoing them also in you "Rustic" series? (as it would be a great addition to your Forsworn Armors)

I understand what you're saying. Oh well - at least we are in agreement about the cause.
Thanks Gamwich!

and maybe the feathers, skull necklace, tummy strap on the female armor removeable?
