Very nice cabin But I feel, you should place a witcher NPC in here. Similar like Philippa in Deithwen. Maybe you make it Keira's home? Otherwise you go for a new character like Abigailor Tomira ... maybe a druid ?
I just spend a few in-game hours at this lovely place. Short version: Wooooaho! Long version: I made camp here and found this place way to beautiful for Skyrim. Above all, the view from that lighthouse is absolutely lovely! But we have some bugs/misplaced objects. The road is overgrown with vegetation - that feels a bit wrong as it is a major road from Whiterun to the eastern cities. I found some floating trees and the boat filled with water. And now I am sure - this place needs a herbalist NPC - even the pellar would fit ... as long as one of the goats is named "princess"
Regarding stability, CTD's and load order: I have a pretty long load order. I played with this mod at the position 0x32 of 0xE7. I used MO and I suffered no CTDs. But the game had a bit of lag near the hut- I guess from the sheer amount of objects? Speed near the lighthouse was fine.
New save crash. File at bottom of load order in Mod Organizer. I just stood still after fast traveling there and after about a minute it CTD'd. What little I was able to see was beautiful though.
This place is just beautiful. It reminds me of a highly detailed children's book; one where you'd just stare that the pictures for a while just taking the cozy little details in.
Thing is, I get HUGE frame rate drop, even with ENB turned off. Also there's a disappointing lack of actual function. hardly any of the barrels and chests are actually storage, none of the stools, benches, or chairs I tried are real seats, I don't even remember seeing an actual alchemy table, let alone a cooking pot.
As is, it seems to work perfectly for screenshots and as a little wayside point of interest.
This is well designed and everything but there are some issues. The main issue is that there seems to be double water in the river. Like two streams flickering with each other. This is with a brand new save.
The other issue is, i guess kind of subjective, but given that this is called a "Herbalists Hut" one would think there might be an alchemy table which is something I assumed, but that's on me. Some other bare nessecities are missing as well like a working cooking pot. There are barrels with raw meat and ingrediants int he hut, but nothing to cook them with. If this is meant to be a place for screenshots or something and not actual use, this is great and perfect based on looks alone. But it doesn't feel like it's designed to be a full player home.
Hy i have try this mod i think its not finished because there lot of bugs the boat is not an objekt i can walk through a tree is flying it not stand on the ground i look at the builduings a little buggy on the roof and the map marker is important this mod has potential for a great great mod i love the ideas please make a fix and people dont forget to endorse Thank you
I'm also finding lots of floating trees unfortunately and some of the gems or gold near the bed and in the water bucket etc have missing textures. Is this mod still beig updated?
Wonderful home Very unique! You did an awesome job. With that said, I would just like to know if you are still looking into this home? Like adding more storage and interactive benches for example. I only found one outside where I could sit. Anyways, great house! Thank you for uploading

Also, what about the roof? Shouldnt be any issue with the roof at all.
