This mod changes the dragon priest masks that would be most useful to mages to clothing. Masks affected by this change are: Morokei, Nahkriin, Vokun, Ahzidal, Dukaan,  Zahkriisos, and Miraak. For the Miraak mask, the light armor version remains light armor. The heavy armor versions of Miraak were all changed to clothing. Morokei is given it's 20% reduction in shout time that was missing from the base game.
