I'm not the Author of this mod (Erkeil), who gave free permission to player community to use his assets.
I've only fixed some annoying bugs (principally the lack of new spells into necrowarlock loots)
and make it more compatible and install-friendly.

Now the mod is fully playable!

1) DESCRIPTION

Walk on the path of the true Necromancy.
This mod adds new perks to conjuration tree and new necromancy spells and powers. The goal is giving you a "logical" and satisfactory way to play a necromancer character or simply to use true necromancy spells.
As secondary effect this mod enhances NPC Necromancer's spells.
Fully compatible with Undeath.



1.1) NEW NECROMANCY PERKS & POWERS

NECROMANCY= You may raise dead (I level) and summon spirits (I level).

LORD OF SOUL 1 = You may raise dead (II level) and summon spirits (II level). 25 Magicka bonus.
Requires Necromancy perk and 40 Conjuration

LORD OF SOUL 2
= You may raise dead (III level) and summon spirits (III level). 50 Magicka bonus.
Requires Lord of Souls 1 perk and 60 Conjuration


LORD OF SOUL 3
= You may raise dead (IV level) and summon spirits (IV level). 75 Magicka bonus.
Requires Lord of Souls 2 perk and 80 Conjuration


LORD OF SOUL 4
= You may raise dead (V level). 100 Magicka bonus.
Requires Lord of Souls 3 perk and 100 Conjuration

LICH CURSE 1
= 25% Disease Resist. 10% Poison Resist. 5% Frost Resist. -10% Fire Resist. -33% Health Regen.
Requires Necromancy perk and 50 Conjuration

LICH CURSE 2
= 50% Disease Resist. 20% Poison Resist. 10% Frost Resist. -20% Resist Fire. -66% Health Regen.
Requires Lich Curse 1 and 70 Conjuration

LICH CURSE 3
= 75% Disease Resist. 25% Poison Resist. 15% Frost Resist. -25% Fire Resist. Health doesn’t regen anymore.
Requires Lich Curse 2 and 90 Conjuration

EVIL AURA 1
= Undead, Vampires and humans up to lv. 5, if try to attack you flee away. -10 to Speech +20% Intimidation.
Requires Necromancy perk and 30 Conjuration

EVIL AURA 2
= Undead, Vampires and humans up to lv. 10, if try to attack you flee away. -20 to Speech. +40% Intimidation.
Requires Evil Aura 1 perk and 50 Conjuration

EVIL AURA 3
= Undead, Vampires and humans up to lv. 15, if try to attack you flee away. -30 to Speech. +60% Intimidation.
Requires Evil Aura 2 perk and 70 Conjuration

EVIL AURA 4
= Undead, Vampires and humans up to lv. 20, if try to attack you flee away. -40 to Speech. +80% Intimidation.
Requires Evil Aura 3 perk and 90 Conjuration

DARK SLAVER 1
= You may command three Undead Slaves.
Requires Dark Souls perk and 60 Conjuration

DARK SLAVER 2
= You may command four Undead Slaves.
Requires Dark Slaver 1 perk and 80 Conjuration


DARK SLAVER 3
= You may command five Undead Slaves.
Requires Dark Slaver 2 perk and 100 Conjuration


MASTER OF DEATH
= Resist 100% Disease, 50% Poison, 25% Frost. +200 Magicka. -50% Fire Resist. Health doesn’t regen anymore. Undead and humans up to level 25, if try to attack you flee away. -50 to Speech. +100% Intimidation. Command up to 10 raised Dead.
Requires Lord of Souls 4 perk, Lich Curse 3 perk, Evil Aura 4 perk, Dark Slaver 3 perk and 100 Conjuration



1.2) NEW NECROMANCY SPELLS


(Lich stage I)

Frost Cloak = Opponents that get too close take <4> points of frost damage per second. 10% Frost Resist.
(Lich Curse I perk required).

Poison Cloak = Opponents that get too close take <5> points poison damage per second. 25% Poison Resis.
Lich Curse I perk required).

Dead Frost Cloak = Opponents to your undead slave that get too close take <3> points of frost damage per second. The effect is permanent.
(Lich Curse I perk and Frost Salts into dead inventory are required).

Dead Poison Cloak = Opponents to your undead slave that get too close take <3> points poison damage per second. The effect is permanent.
(Lich Curse I perk and a Deathbell into dead inventory are required)

(Lich stage II)

Frost Cloak = Opponents that get too close take <8> points of frost damage per second. 20% Frost Resist.
(Lich Curse II perk required).

Poison Cloak = Opponents that get too close take <10> points poison damage per second. 50% Poison Resist.
(Lich Curse II perk required).

Dead Frost Cloak = Opponents to your undead slave that get too close take <6> points of frost damage per second. The effect is permanent.
(Lich Curse II perk and Fire Salts into dead inventory are required).

Dead Poison Cloak = Opponents to your undead slave that get too close take <6> points poison damage per second. The effect is permanent

(Lich stage III)

Frost Cloak = Opponents that get too close take <12> points of frost damage per second. 30% Frost Resist.
Lich Curse III perk required).

Poison Cloak = Opponents that get too close take <15> points poison damage per second.

Dead Frost Cloak = Opponents that get too close take <12> points of frost damage per second. The effect is permanent.
(Lich Curse III perk and Fire Salts into dead inventory are required).

Undead Poison Cloak = Opponents to your undead slave that get too close take <10> points poison damage per second. The effect is permanent.
(Lich Curse III perk and a Deathbell into dead inventory are required).


Conjure Spirit I
= Conjure a weak spirit to fight for you (Lord of Soul 1 required).
Conjure Spirit II = Conjure a spirit to fight for you (Lord of Soul 2 required).
Conjure Spirit III = Conjure a strong spirit to fight for you (Lord of Soul 3 required).
Conjure Spirit IV = Conjure a very strong spirit to fight for you (Lord of Soul 4 required).

Raise Dead I = Raise a dead (max 10 level) to serve you for 180 sec (Necromancy perk required).
Raise Dead II = Raise a dead (max 20 level) to serve you for 240 sec (Lord of Souls I perk required).
Raise Dead III = Raise a dead (max 30 level) to serve you for 300 sec (Lord of Souls II perk required).
Raise Dead IV = Raise a dead (max 40 level) to serve you for 360 sec (Lord of Souls III perk required).
Raise Dead V = Raise a dead (max 50) permanently to serve you (Lord of Souls IV perk and a daedra heart into dead inventory are required).

Rejuvenate Dead I = Give 25 health bonus to your undead slaves in the area (Evil Aura I perk required).
Rejuvenate Dead II = Give 50 health bonus to your undead slaves in the area (Evil Aura II perk required).
Rejuvenate Dead III = Give 75 health bonus to your undead slaves in the area (Evil Aura III perk required).
Rejuvenate Dead IV = Give 100 health bonus to your undead slaves in the area (Evil Aura IV perk required).

Restore Health Dead I = Restore health to your undead slaves into 200 area (Evil Aura I perk required).
Restore Health Dead II = Restore health to your undead slaves into 300 area (Evil Aura II perk required).
Restore Health Dead III = Restore health to your undead slaves into 400 area (Evil Aura III perk required).
Restore Health Dead IV = Restore health to your undead slaves into 500 area (Evil Aura IV perk required).

Dead Mass Invisibility = All your Undead Slaves in the area become invisible (Conjuration 100 required).

Drain Health Vortex = Drain health from your living enemies around you (Lord of the Dead perk required).

Drain Magicka Vortex = Drain magicka from your living enemies around you (Lord of the Dead perk required).

Army of Darkness = Temporarily Raise your Undead Army in the area (Lord of the Dead perk and Ritual Stone Sign are required). You may use this spell without day limitation (as for Ritual Stone Power). Your Undead Slaves are capped to 75 level. They start with a 100 health bonus each one.


2) COMPATIBILITY

Fully compatible with Undeath (by Antioch08).
Fully compatible with Skyrim Redone (by T3nd0).
Incompatible with mods that change the conjuration perk tree.

4) INSTALL WITH MOD ORGANIZER?

(ONLY) if you have trouble try these steps:
In MO/settings/plugins/fomod, set prefer to ‘false’ instead of true. It will run the external installer and so It should works
.
