Makes it so you can buy lumber without owning a hearthfire house.

With Hearthfire, you can build houses and stuff. That's pretty cool. I like it. However, if a new mod comes along and tries to make a new house that uses the same or a similar system, with requirements for lumber, then you can't buy the lumber from lumbermills unless you already own a hearthfire homestead. That's not so cool. This fixes that, and allows you to purchase lumber from lumbermills from the start of the game.
Installation: Put the .esp file in your data folder. Doesn't really matter how. You can merge it into your giant miscellaneous merged .esp. I know you want to. Go for it.
Uninstallation: Take it back out.
Compatibility: Should be compatible with literally everything. I guess unless there's some other obscure mod that changes literally the exact same thing.
