I noticed that in the mod authors pictures the healer is using healing hands instead of fasthealing. How can i make followers use healing hands instead of fast healing?

I really love this splendid mod. However in my game play I prefer to fight groups of hostiles and the healer will be interrupted from the battle beginning to the end.Can anyone please tell me how can I remove the interrupt possibility? And second question,how can I shorten the casting time of a healing spell from this mod?
Man can't believe you still updated the mod! this mod is PERFECT!! And works with SSE. Question. Your fix for NFF still works with the last update of NFF or with your last update everythings is okay?
And. Can you put an example of what sounds type can be?
