New In update
Sorry about the delay and the mod being down for a few days had some hard drive problems
Sadly some stuff went unsaved or got corrupted so this update isnt as big as planned mostly just bug fixes and some changes to the library
However all the cut features will be added next update 


A Portable Mages House inside a Soul gem with new spells,artifacts,a follower and staff

just head over to bloated man grotto and look for the portal to jalon's sanctuary follow it till the end for your new home

You can fast travel out of the gem or use the new teleportaion spells or the portal to go to any of the main citys.
Use the return option or spell to go back to where you were before you teleported inside

The House has multiple Levels that can be accessed by using the pedestal next to the portal on any floor  

inside the Home is

A study that allows you to gain exp in the schools of magic at the cost of ink and paper
A merchant that sells books and spell tomes  
Contains plenty of storage for books
tables to read 
and all the doom stones  


The Living Quaters
A Keg that turns mead into Ice cold Mead

A study that can be used to make scrolls tomes and all skill book provide extra points when used in this area

a familial token that can be used to change what animal your familiar is

A Eldritch Enchanting table that makes Boost your enchanting skill by 50%
A Artifact soul binder that if you have a daedric artifact in yoru inventory can make Bound Spell versions of it
A Dragon Soulforge that allows you to soul trap dragons in new soul gems and make powerful new enchantments with there souls with the only
material that can hold them Dragon bones
A Staff Enchanter 
A Enchantment Cleaner to remove Enchantments you place on items 


NEW SPELLS
Teleportation: teleports to all major citys
Return: Returns you to were you were before teleporting into the Soul gem house
Ices Flurry:Shoot out a flurry of ice darts at a enemy
Conjure Bread: Summon a loath of bread if you get hungry
Holy Fire:Fire a super heated beam from you hand dealing extra damage to undead
Conjure ice Atronach Knight: summon a power Atronach Knight to fight for you
Conjure Deadroth: Conjure a Reptile from the lands of oblivion itself
Conjure Dragon Priest: Summons a Dragon priest to fight for you
Fade other: turns whoever you touch invisable 
Ward Sphere:crates a forcefield barrier around you for 30 seconds 
Lich form:  you may transform into a powerful lich weilding a Blizzard spell in one hand and a heal undead in the other shouting raising all nearby dead 
Summon Shambles: Summon a hulking pile  of bones and spirts from the Soul cairn named Shambles
Summon Necro Priest: Conjures a Bone Priest from the soul cairn 
Summon Savage Draugr: Summon a Draugr who is more beast then man
Deadric Chicken: Summon a Giant Flamming Chicken from oblivion to attack your enemys 
Swan Song: use your life-force to cause massive damage to everyone around you 
Also Reading Jalon's Opus will give you a new power that doubles the strength of all magic for 30 seconds a day
Blink: teleport to were the cursor is pointed

Around the Soul gem you will find many powerful magical artifacts
The necronomicon: this book can be found in the great libary and allows you to make items needed to become a lich and items to improve the raised dead

Alembic: A portable Alchemy Lab
Elder scroll (Magic): When read gives a random chance of learning a new spell
Lights banes: grants Vampire protection from the sun
Pywell Cup: A Magical Goblet that refils it self with wine everytime you drink from it
sanguine Blood wine: magical wine that spawns a party when drunk
Resurrection Scroll: Bring one npc back to life
ancient grimior : Equiped like a shield creates a ward when blocking 
Great Welkynd Stone: a Magical Stone that respawns with Welkynd Stones
King Orgnum Coffer: a Enchanted chest that refills with a level amout of gold every 10 days
Jalons Elixir: a new potion that refill your magicka make it regen faster and makes your healing spells more efficient 
Jalons Ring: A power ring that gives you a new spell Swan song
Blood Shrine: any Vampire that uses this shrines gets fed equal to feeding on a human
Night Shrine: Buffs Vampires skills for the next few hours
Ancient Blood: A new improved healing potion but only works on vampires
Ancient Falmer Ring: Slows time when worn but also burns your blood causing damage
Dwarven Ring:All items are improved or enchanted 30% better
Ring of Draconic Souls: Gives you 10 health for every spare dragon soul you have up to 200
Ring of Magnus: All magic is 30% stronger and 30% cheaper
Black Arrow: A really strong arrow
Magic Broom: A enchanted broom to keep your house clean
Jailors skull: Paralyse all people around it when activated

Help
to become a lich you will need to have 100 conjuration and the necronomicon obtained from the great library behind a force field the button to turn off the force field is located behind the word wall next to the book of dragon language
