Skyrim player home with one female follower. Features an indoor pool and steam room with autostrip scripts. Very close to Dragonbridge. No DLC required.

White Water Way
White Water Way is a unique, lore friendly player home that sleeps 11 including one Housecarl bed.
This Mod features everything you would require in a player home, full smithing and crafting centers, eight mannequins, several weapon display cases, racks and plaques, as well as custom storage containers and bookshelves.
A large indoor pool can be found in the home featuring the "autostrip",
un-equip / re-equip follower trigger. This trigger also operates
in the bath and steam room area near the pool. Trigger does not work on the player, only NPC's. (Perhaps in a future update).
The home is built over the river with gorgeous views on all sides, including Dragonbridge.

Warning Note:
New version 4.0 has fixed the Breezehome glitch, however, I recommend placing any Breezehome modification mod below White Water Way in your plugin load order.

You can enlist the help of an attractive new UNP follower, who hangs
out in the house named "Shayd". She is marriageable and an all around great warrior!

Requirements:
This mod may not work well with very old Skyrim versions.
**************************************************
Conflicts:
Any mod that is located in the same cell (location) will conflict with this mod.
**************************************************
Installation:
Install with Nexus Mod Manager, or manually by placing the files
in your Skyrim Data Folder ... (not suggested)
If you plan on uninstalling this mod dismiss follower "Shayd" first.

This is my ninth player home which I have tested and cleaned with Tes5Edit.
