This is a modified version of a mod that I made for my own play through.

I have split my spell mod into two tiers to make it applicable to almost any game difficulty level.

If you guys encounter any issues with this mod, please let me know. I am always open to constructive criticism and new ideas. This is the first mod I am releasing but I am willing to delve deeper into modding if my mods are received well enough.
