Anastasia has gotten quite a few requests to become a preset, so I thought I would go ahead and upload her.
I have decided to include 2 different versions, one with brown hair and one with purple.

Manual Installation
1. Download the Preset
2. Extract the file to a place of your choosing (I usually do desktop)
3. Put the file in Skyrim/Data/SKSE/Plugins/Chargen/Presets
4. Once in the game, start a new game or type in "showracemenu"
5. Set race to Breton and make sure you are on female
6. Then go to the Preset tab next to the tab that says sliders, and hit F9 and look for my preset
7. Click it, it should load, and she should be good to go
