Adds a lesser power that brings up a message box menu with the Player's statistics, and one for NPC statistics.

Adds 2 lesser powers, one that brings up a message box menu with the Player's statistics, and one for your target.
Various stats can be added as updates, but are generally restricted to numerical or boolean values (true/false, displayed as 1/0).
Race, name, and sex are all out.
% damage resistance is not a defined actor value, and I'm not sure how to pull the information.
A script will add the spellbooks to drevis at the college. (you may be able to find them elsewhere as well)
Notification version for NPCs only. Shows less information: Analyze Target
