This mod adds a set of armor inside of Riverwood Trader. There is a barrel just behind the staircase that has the armor and a few custom spell tomes. The armor (Magnus Set) will reduce all spell costs to 0 while bumping your magic resistance up to 50% (+whatever other resistances you have).
The custom spells/tomes are as follows:
Greater Flames - 75 Flame dmg per second
Greater Frostbite 75 Frost damage per second
Greater Sparks 75 Spark damage per second
Cremation 300 Flame Damage
Icy Lance 300 Frost Damage (ignores resistances)
Static Shock 300 Shock damage
Concentrated Light 250 Holy damage
Mystic Healing 100 healing per second on self
Obviously all this stuff is super OP.
The point is to jump right in, level magic schools quick and be able to play from legendary from the beginning easily as well as give some decent spells to compete with the weapons/damage you could easily get up to with smithing and enchanting.
