On the floor in the Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood you can find a spell tome. It is an overpowered spell. The spell shoots frenzy with fire and ice. Sadly no enemy is strong enough to survive from this OP spell. It deals a LOT of damage. It doesn't cost mana to use. It is in the illusion spell category.
Note: This spell may not be for anyone because it is a one hit kill spell.

Requirements:

This spell does not require anything else than Skyrim. No need for DLC's.

Installation:

Install with Nexus Mod Manager.

Hint:

You can find the ID of the spell by using the command:
help shatterer
After you have the ID you can add it to your spellist by typing:
player.addspell xxxx
