For mod organizer users. Install FreeCommander in the folder above Skyrim, open MO and add FreeCommander as a tool the same way you did LOOT. Run FreeCommander via MO and navigate to the Skyrim Data directory, copy the Textures folder to somewhere such as the desktop. Now close FreeCommander and open Ordenador outside of MO, do not bother linking it in MO like you did LOOT or FreeCommander as it doesn't work properly when ran through MO. Now Point Ordenador at the newly created Textures folder that was copied to your Desktop or wherever you chose. Once it's done doing it's job close the program and go to desktop and make a new folder called CompressedTextures and drop the new Textures folder into it, now right click and cut then paste into the MO mods folder. Close and re-open or refresh the left pane of MO to see the new mod, enable it and leave it at the very bottom of your load order.

easy, just dont launch the application through mod organizer instead change its directories or locate to the (\Mod Organizer\mods) folder in the application(top) then start compressing don forget to enable backup in the application settings.

SkoomaDebt's procedure outputs only those textures that'll have final priority in one's load order, including any from BSAs, so fewer files need to be optimized, and the originals in each mod remain untouched.

      I use MO2 but I don't have a texture folder, what should I do?
EDIT: My God, I did what you said and in fact the textures folder appeared along with a bunch that doesn't appear in Windows Explorer!!! Thanks!

After processing my entire Skyrim mod folder with Ordenador i noticed a massive improvement in my game. I couldn't recommend it more! Well done :)

My textures look incredibly low res, is that cause I sized them down immediately to >512 instead of >2048, >1024, >512?

I've got a pretty beefy computer, and a load of high resolution texture mods loaded in. I get roughly 35-45% used on Crash Fixes at 128mb blocks, and probably 30-40fps anywhere outside while running at 4k with enbs. Will I see an improvement in framerate and block usage with this mod?
