- Buy the spells from the court wizards. They show up in your alteration list after learning.
- Find the spells laying around maybe as loot.
- Craft one-time-use incantations (scrolls) at the tanning rack if you'd rather not clutter up your spell list.
- Find the incantations laying around maybe as loot.
- Cheat with the console. "help onechest"
