(First, I'm just a starter. So comments that teach me something would be useful) You can buy the ring in the Riverwoodtrader. I also tried to remove the bounty for changing into a werewolf. This didn't worked by my last test, but it isn't of any need.
I'm trying to stop being a werewolf with unequiping the ring, or a power. But I'm still working on that. I hope you like it.
