Known as the infamous facegen bug or dark face bug. It means something is conflicting with the NPCs appearance after the generated file (usually two mods are touching the same unit) and causing the settings to get wonky.
You can use TESedit if you are familiar with modding to merge the changes of the two mods together and essentially create a patch, letting you enjoy both mods at once.
An example of two mods conflicting would be this one (for appearance) and OBIS or another Bandit mod (for difficulty/leveling/spells etc). The last one in your load order will win out, which is probably your other bandit mod. Just load all of your mods into TESedit and find some EncBandits to see what's modifying them.
I'll admit I haven't been a fan of the hair mods and have resisted them until I spotted this offering from you, evittalex. It's true - the bandits did need a "makeover." I'm doubly delighted that I haven't found a bandit yet with Manga hair, and I've been chasing them down like crazy since installing this. I've endorsed and am tracking this in case you decide to update it at some point.

One of the bandits looks just like one of my friends. I was laughing in surprise when I was being attacked by him. Nice work on all of them. Downloading your "Retouched Forsworn Of Skyrim" as I trust it will be of high quality just like this is. Thanks.
Do I need anything else for this mod? like another mod or so? I have Apachii hairs and KS Hairdos HDT Physics but no Renewal...and i cant find SG Hair Pack

but when i open skyrim crash me to the desk just apeart skyrim logo and chrash any idea why?
