NPCs cannot cast Ice Strom (shouldn't at least) but the player can.


Removed all "Ice Storm" from NPCs that had it in their "SpellList" and doubled checked.
Removed all "Ice Spike" from NPCs that had it in their "SpellList" and doubled checked.

If I missed any please let me know.


Only for base game. Not sure/Don't remember if DLC adds npcs with this spell.
