For those who like a little bit of a headstart, especially since it takes a lot of grinding to buy a home, or build one, this will be one of your "must-haves". Most containers are costum ones, with everything hand placed, and they have some basic items in them to help you on your journey.

Installation

Just drop/unpack the contents of the "Data" folder in your Data folder, or use Nexus Mod Manager, whatever you prefer.

I might add a few more costum containers later on, but I already feel like it's finished with all the clutter. If you like my design style, please tell me, and I will work on an other house mod in an other location.
