Looters won't spawn, and I'm not the only one with this bug (https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/j4zio5/forgotten_city_bug_looters_never_show_and_journal/) I have a feeling that this could be due to skipping the dialogue with Miranda.
Some quest objective are not marked as cleared even you have completed it. - Talking to Habiq about his missing ring. After resetting the quest by triggering the Dwarves' Law, to redo it, the ring will not be there in the Skeever nest at all. - Talking to Ulrin about his Maisi missing. Also Ulrin will be missing after the reset. - Showing Gaia the Immaculate Dwarven Armor - Getting the Immaculate Dwarven Armor from Rykas - Asking anyone who knows about Immaculate Dwarven Armor. Probably Brol.
Book/note problem: Various books/notes must be read, but most of them are flagged as owned by particular parties, so taking them is a crime and immediately sets off DOOOOM. This is not a problem for mostly-vanilla players, but is a problem for those using an always-pick-up-books mod (mostly so you can save skill books for later when leveling becomes more difficult). SOME of the notes in the mod are scripted to be read without taking them, and all of them need to be. Either that, or made unowned. Either fix will do the trick. The workaround is to open the console, click on the book/note in question, and enter the command SetOwnership, then close the console. The note can then be taken without consequences.
1) One of the early books in the mod, the one belonging to the ex-Vigilant, has "cluthing" where it means "clutching", and says "One of the Stendarr's faithful" where it means "One of Stendarr's faithful", both in the same paragraph: "One of the Stendarr's faithful is already dead. Went down into the tunnels under the city, ignoring the Jarl's warning. Burnt alive. They just left him there, cluthing his shiny Dwarven helmet. Brandas, the other one, is on his deathbed. Luki's looking after him. I hope Stendarr is too." 2) Another of the books, I forget which one (didn't screenshot it) has "Im" over and over again when it means "I'm". 3) "Dwarves' Law" is treated as a proper name consistently, except in one dialogue snippet from Miranda, where she gives it as "Dwarves' law", lower-case: "If he makes it into the city and starts attacking people, he'll break the Dwarves' law and who knows what will happen! You have to stop him."
The "forget me not" quest randomly broke for me. I accidently killed myself jumping off the balcony of the abandoned temple, and now for whatever reason, I'm sent back to the present as if I had killed the jarl no matter what save I load. can someone help with this?
I've finished the quests from this mod yet I can't get rid of Cassia's Plea from my inventory, I even got 2 of the same letter and it keeps saying that I need it for finishing a quest but I already finished the quests.
I installed the mod twice, initially with Nexus MM, and after manually using the instructions listed. In both cases, Skyrim won't launch after the mod is installed. If I remove the mod, Skyrim launches normally. I only have two other mods installed (CBBE and TruBy9 Ultrawide).
I am play Skyrim SE on an ultrawide monitor (3440x1440). Would that be causing the issue?
I am having an issue after finishing the questline. After showing the Arbiter his helmet and leaving the city the lift up and down is replaced with a red exclamation mark and Lucius falls to his death when he uses it. I have checked with LOOT and it can't see and missing files or file conflicts. Help would be appreciated.

You get the "I thought you were dead. I found your necklace in the underground tunnels."
dialogue option even if you have not yet found the necklace.
