UPDATE: RUSTIC CLOTHING - COMPLETE now comprises every texture found in the clothing folder. I decided to be a completist, and redo everything, even if those items weren't technically clothing. That's why I retextured the bandit/fur armor, even though it really belongs in the armor textures... but that's Bethesda organization for you. I also retextured the "minor" items of the bandages and the wounds (which are found on the dead body of Susanna the Wicked in the Windhelm graveyard), even if they aren't truly clothing. With the latest update, the Masque of Clavicus Vile, the Execution Hood, and Ulfric's Gag have been added. At last, I can say that RUSTIC CLOTHING is complete.

RUSTIC CLOTHING is a high resolution clothing texture overhaul for Skyrim. Every piece of clothing in the game is now included. The main file is now labelled RUSTIC CLOTHING - COMPLETE. This file contains all the clothing in the base game + all the DLC. The underwear is also included. One simple download for people who own all the DLC.

If you don't own all the DLC, then you can download the individual files for the content that you do have. The base game clothing is available in the RUSTIC CLOTHING - SKYRIM file. Each DLC has it's own file, and the underwear is found in the optional download section.

All the diffuse textures have been revised to look better with the vanilla game lighting. Shading is more subtle now, and the overall value is a bit lighter. The normal maps for the female wench and the blacksmiths have been redone since I revised the leather textures for those two outfits.

A special thank you to all who have endorsed, voted, or donated to this mod. It is gratifying to know that my work has found an appreciative audience.

    Cheers,
    Gamwich

P.S. The user gallery is open, so please feel free to post screenshots there. I always enjoy seeing my textures used in people's games under different lighting conditions.

Sorry people, but I don't do requests, so please stop asking.

It takes an incredible amount of time to make these textures to begin with, so the last thing I need is people wanting variations of things. I don't have the time, or the desire, to make multiples of these textures, sorry.

The emperor's outfit and noble clothes variant are white without texture, but the other two variants show up correctly . Did i do something wrong?
    P.s. it's only on female.

You probably have a conflict with another mod that alters the mesh of those outfits.

You were right. One mesh screwing with the texture. Bit of a bummer as i wanted both, but your work is infinitely more sought after. Thank you and keep dazzling us with your fantastic mods!

Version where you read the sticky right above your post? ;)

Why would you only want that texture? These are all awesome!

This clothing overhaul is most definitely the best I have ever seen for Skyrim. The details are amazing and truly add to the immersion, you deserve so much more credit for your work!

I have little to add, other than my fondness for this mod... and the fact that I find the blatant sexual appeal in the banner to be hilarious.

"How should I get my mod attention...? Tits. Always tits."

Yes, it was meant as a bit of humorous social commentary. The Nexus equivalent of Pavlov's bell.

The detail of these textures is just amazing. Cloth looks how cloth should and like Skyrim's people actually wash their clothing. Exquisite work. Thank you for the time and effort you put into them, cause I know it took alot.

This is, without a doubt, THE BEST clothing texture overhaul ever, period, no argument. So much work and dedication - it makes no sense to me why Rustic Clothing isn't the first mod under the Clothing category. This mod is so incredibly amazing and the work you've done is unparalleled. Congrats, and endorsed! =)

Thanks for the kind words. To be honest, the reason it isn't ranked higher in the category is because it's relatively recent compared to some of the other contenders. I didn't start making textures for the game until severals years after its release.

Since, as mentioned by yourself, something of this size uses a lot of VRAM, I really shouldn't download it. But your stuff is always so good.
    Maybe just a few textures...

After installing this mod I actually like wearing robes now. Thanks! :D The only issue I started having after installing is that when I wear any gauntlets with a robe, only the hands show and everything above the wrist and to the middle of the forearm becomes invisible for some reason. Only happens when I wear robes, like the monk or necromancer ones.

(Also might be worth noting that I use the UNP Minidresses Collection mod)

This is just a vanilla texture replacer, so it wouldn't cause the issue that you're describing. Your mesh replacer for the robes most likely has a conflict that is causing the invisibility problem.

This is just a simple texture replacer. Any "slippage" issues would be do to your mesh replacer, not the textures.
