I am not sure what you mean, exactly. I am playing SE, and I have limited knowledge of HDT-PE enabled mods. If you want HDT armor for LE, you should search Nexus for "HDT", but you will need to dig through them to find something you like. I found 467, and you should be able to go through the list quickly. You can also Google "Skyrim hdt armor outfit clothing", and you will get a lot of non-Nexus sites. YMMV.
Chevaleresse Armor for UNP by Yurica is almost the same, but it does not have physics. "Lady's Heart" is also similar, but it does not have physics, either. It is on a Chinese site, and it can be a pain to find (include quotes) - skyrim "Lady's Heart" armor mod.
Below are some non-HDT armors that you might like:
Some of these are just re-textures, and you will need the original mod as well. I do not use the hoods, helmets, or facemasks, and for many, there are other re-texture and body options. You could create your own mashups as well.

Latest SKSE 64 XP32 Skeleton Extended SE HDT Physics Framework from 9DM HDT High Heels from 9DM <-- it needs the physics framework for it to work. and SkyUI for SSE.
You can use NM Manager to install them once you have them. 9DM's HDT High Heels and Physics mod's are still being worked on so no official English version is in yet on nexus. You will have to go on 9DM's Site for them. They should be downloadable without needing to register. I tested this version with SSE and it worked like how it would in this version of skyrim.
I just tried it with that exact setup, but in SSE it doesn't have any physics. (Other armor mods and hair work perfectly.) Not sure what kind of magic you applied there, but teach us senpai.
1. what am i looking for in the daedric section. is it just called Chevaleresse in the category 2. can someone pls convert this to special edition without the hdt because my computer won't run oldrim properly (the carriage freaking out bug in the beginning and my player will be underwater for a split second even though i'm on the surface, stuff like that.... is there fixes for that?) *spelled special wrong lol.

Fledgling Adventurer Armor - HDT Cloth - UNPB is similar. There are several styles of Saber's armor from Fate, but they are not all HDT enabled. Search Nexus for "Saber".
