CHANGES AS OF VERSION 2.0 2/25/2018
1) Rescripted the soul gem converter for cleaner smoother operation. Weapons charges are stored directly in the converter. Empty soulgems are charged from this storage capacity. The converter will distribute charge to the largest available gem the charge can completely fill first. The rest of the charge will be distributed to available remaining gems. Filling each completely or not at all. If no gem is suitable the converter will retain it's remaining charge.
2) Changed activation method of the potion condenser. To open the condenser activate the fill pipe instead of pressing the button. The button is now only used after the condenser is filled to start the machine. Eliminated errors that would prevent start up or cause miscounting of the contents.
3) Rescripted the sorting chest to handle the ores, dwemer smeltables and smithable items properly. As well as handling specialty items such as sending smithing potions to the blacksmiths wardrobe and enchanting potions to the new enchanting potions chest. Enchanted armor (robes, enchanted clothing etc. are considered armor) are sent to the chest to your left when facing the enchanting table. Enchanted weapons and staffs are sent to the chest to the right. The boxes to the left are jewelry below and enchanted jewelry above. A general clothes wardrobe is in the hall next to the vault.
4) Rescripted Jiportation so that it isn't broken by exiting the keep between ports. Ports are always between the keep and the last exterior location ported from.
5) The book cases in the Library are now connected to Jip's Magic Library allowing the player to open the Library without using the Library Spell while inside the keep. (Of course the spell still works inside.) Any books that were in the cases will be absorbed by Jip's Library and any duplicates will be sent to the misc chest.
6) Added a bulk wholesale chest in the office across from the vault. This chest automatically sells any items loaded into it at the rate of 144 items per 24
hour period. The chest sells at 2/3 of the items base value. Most unenhanced items will fetch a better price at this rate than vendors will give. Some enhanced items will sell at a better price at venders. Items the vendors give nothing for will sell at the rate of 1 gold per 10 items. Items sold through the chest do not earn speech pts, but will generally earn better money. Buttons near several of the sorting chests will dump the inventory of those chests directly to this chest to be sold.
7) Added a pricing chest to the office. An item placed in this chest will give the wholsale price for the item so vendor rates can be compared to the wholesale chest's price.
8) Added gold chest to the vault. Wholesale sales are deposited to this chest.
10) The Vanishing door at whiterun will appear for followers now. Followers will now follow player through this door.
11) Added exterior door near Riften that will appear on the map and stays in place. The door is unlocked for player/follower NPCs and locked for non player/non follower NPCs.
12) Added exterior door at Markarth that stays in place. The door is unlocked for player/follower NPCs and locked for non player/non follower NPCs.
13) Added large enclosed valley cavern just for fun.

Or turn a lot of petty gems into a grand? How about turning a dozen puny potions into a few potent ones? Maybe you need a book for a certain quest. Wouldn't it be nice to cast a spell that opens your library where ever you are? In the middle of a huge quest and too loaded to move? Would it not be nice to have a teleport spell handy? This mod has all the solutions.
This is a mod containing a large living and working Keep complete with many resources, magical devices, storage, spells and many other items to increase your game. The Keep is connected to Whiterun; although, not in the normal fashion. It is close to the inner gate.
Once inside the Keep you will find you must locate the locking mechanisms to open the various rooms. The Keeps creater's diaries appear as the rooms are opened. Each of the locked spaces contain useful items and devices, some devices appear nowhere else in the game.
Included are a smelter, forge, aromorer's bench, grindstone, tanning rack, cook pot, and chopping block. As well as spells for teleportation and an available anywhere library. In the mage's laboritory are an alchemy table, enchanters table, potions condensor and soul gem converter. The keep also has a treasure room.
