This home is found in another plane of existance (oblivion) and is only accessible via portal. The spell tome can be found in the dwarven storeroom near mzulft. The home features all of the typical amenities (smithing, enchanting and alchemy stations, etc) It also includes a kitchen, display areas, a training area (including small arena type area) and a small zoo. Give it a try! ALSO IT REQUIRES DAWNGUARD AND DRAGONBORN DLC!
