I use this mode for my new characters
Your player can teleport to Ivarstead, to Whiterun, to Riverwood or to High Hrothgar from this underground house. And to Breezehome if you have Breezehome Key.

UNDERGROUND PALACE
I use this mode for my new characters.
Unzip and _To Ivarstead.esp file to the Data Directory.
After quest DRAGON RISING finished at the Dragonsreach when quest THE WAY OF THE VOICE started.
Going from Riverwood to Ivarstead easy with this little mode.
Then to the Monastery of High Hrothgar for to speak with the Greybeards.
If I haven't enough septims for to buy Breezehome, there is already a home in this mode. Little but mine :)
Description about Version 2
I have added a bedroom for followers on From Riverwood to Ivarstead V.2 .
NOTE: If you play with first version and if you have items at home,
get your all items from home then save because I've changed something too.
Installation
Unzip and _To Ivarstead.esp file to the Data Directory.
If installed first version, select Copy and Paste. That's all.
From Riverwood to Ivarstead Version 3 uploaded.
One more bedroom for followers on From Riverwood to Ivarstead V.3 .
