but it's also become a bit more extensive than that.
First, I added a new crafting element called "spider chitin" which is dropped by spiders. This item is used to craft the spider claw weapon, and different types of spider claws can be crafted by using different ingots with the spider chitin as long as you have the appropriate smithing skill. For example, spider chitin, iron ingot, steel ingot, and leather strips will produce the "Steel Spider Claw", and requires the steel smithing skill. Spider claws can be produced with the following metals: iron, steel, orc, dwarven, elven, glass, ebony, and daedric.

The claws are dagger type weapons, and have the same base damage of the vanilla daggers, but with slightly more critical damage.
If you don't have the crafting skill to make the spider claws, there is a chance that some Forsworn will be carrying them, and a reduced chance that normal enemies such as bandits will have them.
And finally there is the "Ripper", a one handed sword crafted from "hunter chitin" which is dropped by the chaurus hunters.

Like the spider claws, the ripper has different versions that can be crafted based on the metal used. It has the same base and critical damage as vanilla one handed swords, but causes bleeding. It cannot be enchanted or disenchanted but it does not require the Arcane Blacksmithing skill to upgrade.
Other than crafting, there is a chance that some Falmer will be using this weapon.
VERSIONS:
Full version has everything mentioned above.
Stripped version has everything above, however the spider claws will have the same appearance of the basic model regardless of the material used to craft them.

REQUIREMENTS:
Dawnguard official DLC. Actually, this mod should still work without this DLC, but without it you wont be able to acquire hunter chitin as there wont be any chaurus hunters. But some falmer should still be carrying the ripper.
INSTALLATION:
Download via NMM or download manually and extract files to your skyrim/data folder.
FINAL THOUGHTS:
This is my first mod and I can't help feeling like I may have forgotten to add something vital. Although I have tested both .esp's a few times and everything seems to be working fine.
