This is the fifth mod in The Elder Scrolls V: Expanded Series, Nedenheim. This settlement is on an island to the north of Haafingar. (Don't let the map fool you, it is definitely on an island :D) 

Can be considered Lore-Friendly, however there was never a settlement in Arena by that name in the general area.
