Light falmer footwear is set in the base game to use heavy armor footstep sounds. The problem with this is that your feet are obviously still bare. This changes the sound from heavy to barefoot. That's all.
Installation: Put the .esp file in your data folder. Doesn't really matter how.
Uninstallation: Take it back out.
Compatibility: Should be compatible with literally everything.
