Discription

This mod adds a cooldown of 7 days after having cut 6 pieces of Firewood. This applies for each block seperate. So, for instance, if you have chopped 6 pieces at the one in Whiterun, you can still cut 6 pieces at the block in Riverwood, etc.

My Reason for making this mod

Personally I found it a bit of a cheap trick to be able to chop infinite amounts of firewood at any woodchopping block.

Especially with other mods like Frostfall and Dynamic Things, that give much more creative ways to gather firewood, I found it necesarry to limit the use of the wood chopping block.

Compatibility

This mod is incompatible with any mod that makes changes to the woodchopping block. (Textures are fine, though.)

Patches for Frostfall and/or Complete Crafting Overhaul are available.

Edits to days/amounts of Firewood.

As someone requested a version which has a different days/logs, I decided to make a short guide on how to quickly edit this yourself.

1. Open my mod in TES5Edit

2. Look up 0007022E and 000A91BF (both are woodchopping blocks)

3. Now look for the Property resetDays. You'll see it has 7.00000 as default. Change this to whatever value you look. Do this for both woodchopping blocks.

4. Save your changes.

5. Done!

For the amount of Firewood, I would recommend you to use Complete Crafting Overhaul, as that tackles it completely.
