Removes articles of clothing from the targets of you Fus Ro Dah!!

Fus Ro Dah can knock an enemy across the marketplace in Whiterun. So how do they hold onto all their clothing and weapons after traveling so far? Now, depending up on which level of the shout you use, your target will lose articles of clothing. Use Fus and they lose their boots and helmet. Use Fus Ro and they lose a few more articles of clothing. Using Fus Ro Dah will knock all their clothes off, plus they will drop their weapons.

Updated so only your voice will remove items. If an NPC uses Fus Ro Dah on the PC, items are not removed.
