Version 4
Added 6 houses to the Outskirts. Added 18 new NPC's. You can now walk down to the River behind the Blacksmith. Added a bit more Flora and some clutter to the City. Customised most of the shop signs.

1. Adds two new houses inside the city. 2. A guard post and trading post outside the city. 3. 15 new NPC's. 4. 5 New breeds of horses. 5. Retextured the horrible riften towers to match everything else a bit better. 6. Added some horsy shield and banners to decorate the place. 7. Added my favorite armour (Ranger/Roguey) it is worn by Brandon in the Trading Post and is craftable. 8. Added a track to the road outside Rorikstead.
