First I would like to once again thank Lazz for his help and getting me started in Skyrim modding.  I would also like to thank Stoaty6666 for his help in testing this mod as well as his suggestions to make this mod better.

Half-Moon Chalet is located just South of Half-Moon Mill,over the Bridge, and towards Falkreath. You can't miss it. There is abundant
wildlife around and beautiful views from the rear deck and the balcony off from the player’s room.

The key to the home is located in a strongbox, right side of the front door on top of the planter. There is also some gold in the strongbox to help you get started. You will also find a few other “help get started” items throughout the home.

Half-Moon Chalet  is compatible with Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions by TMPhoenix at

Fixed the Navmesh to the exterior of the Chalet for better follower movement.  I got a little over zealous when cleaning the original file.  Also added the "r" to armory to correct my spelling.

As a precaution you should remove all items from the home before upgrading.

I have just added an optional file that replaces the looms in the basement.  On some systems the looms do not render correctly.  This version does not require GeneralStores or ApachiiSkyHair, if you use these two files let me know and I will make a version for those.

This mod comes in two versions: One that only requires Hearthfires, Dawnguard, and Dragonborn DLCs; the other version also requires General
Stores ( and  ApachiiSkyHairFemale 1.6 ( in all other aspects these two versions are identical. I have used occlusion planes to isolate the rooms and TES5Edit to clean the mod best I know how.
You only need 1 file, not both.

I also suggest using My Home is Your Home

Please check out my other Player Home, Redoran Manor, at I will be uploading an update soon to this mod adding a “Follower Recreation Area” that includes more follower beds and a pool to fulfill a request by a user that made sense.

Half-Moon Chalet contains:

=> 88 mannequins, each with their own storage below.
=> 16 Dagger Display cases
=> 15 Weapon Display cases
=> 126 Weapon Racks
=> Trophy Room for storage of books and quest items:claws, masks, amulets, thieves’ guild items, and other misc quest items.
=> Crafting room with a lot of storage and everything needed to craft weapons and armor as well as enchant them and make potions on
     the side
=> Armory, an extension of the crafting room, for creating and displaying armor and weapons
=> Follower room with 12 beds, mannequins, weapon displays, and a pool area . All beds and pool area have the “undress” script.
=> Children's room with 6 beds
=> Player bedroom with room for player and spouse along with a hot tub to relax in.
=> 3 Vendor NPCs - smithing, clothing, and food

The exterior has 16 planter soil spots in a garden and 4 planters with 3 soil each to grow your own plants. Also there is a horse in the
stables, slightly tweaked to be a little faster, with better health and stamina. An apiary and a few chickens running around. There are two guards that circle the home. I put them there to protect the chickens but while testing I found them useful while being attacked by a bear, 2 wolves, and 2
dragons all at the same time.  I love the Deadly Dragons mod!
