(long range concentration restoration spell) Does bonus damage to the undead.

I was originally making the mod for myself but I ended up improving on it and decided to release it. As I have already said it is an aimed concentration spell that looks like Meridia's beams of light at Kilkreath Temple. It is very long ranged(unlike most destruction concentration spells). It is even longer ranged than is shown in the pictures(if you can see an enemy then you can probably hit him if your aim is good enough). It is also a restoration spell(it is in the restoration school and gives restoration experience rather than destruction but this spell is damaging and is not related to healing). It is adept leveled.

Its base damage is 12(it is not shock, fire, or ice damage but it does take the enemy's magic resistance into account) and it does a bonus 16 fire damage to undead(in addition to the spell's normal non-elemental damage). It also looks better in game than it does in the pictures(because the animations involved).

Performance?
Worked well for me(probably no more performance draining than the Sparks spell)

Bugs?
I am not aware of any. I have tested it for about an hour or two and it worked well.

Balance?
I tested it on expert difficulty level on Skyrim Redone so it MAY be a little overpowered on earlier levels at least(it doesn't require Skyrim Redone)

Requirements?
I made it in the creation kit with only the main Skyrim.esm checked as active. It shouldn't have any requirements except for the default files. It MAY require the latest or a recent patch but I am not sure. It should be able to run without the DLCs but I need someone who has not bought the DLCs to make sure.

Compatibility?
Should be compatible with just about anything. Anything that modifies the vanilla sounds or spell visual effects may change its look or appearance but it shouldn't break the spell(it may even make it look or sound better!).

Lore friendly?
I think so. Mages apparently invent spells all the time so it can be seen as being invented by some follower of Meridia or you can use your imagination(such as it being a power granted by Meridia to her champion).

Suggestions and ideas.
I need suggestions on how I should add it in a more immersive way. I am planning on adding the tome automatically at the end of Meridia's quest but I need to figure out how to do this first. Before making a suggestion or giving an idea keep in mind that I don't know scripting and probably can't do anything to complicated(unless you provide an explanation on how to do it or a link to a tutorial). I would like it if someone could direct me to a tutorial on how to add an item(such as my tome) to the end of a quest(preferably in video format but written format will also work). I will probably add variations of the mod in the future(such as a destruction school version and different looks). If you have a simple request I MAY make it for you. I would also like alternative name ideas.

Also if you have suggestions on how to improve the mod description(relevant details, presentation, grammar corrections, etc) I would appreciate it. :)
