I know elves are good with bows and all, but even if they're blind? This simply makes it so Falmer can no longer use bows. The mod contains three .esp files, the first one is just the "core" mod, ie..Falmer cannot use bows. The Second lowers the health of Charrus by a small amount and also cause the poison damage they deal to be lowered by a small amount.

Falmer will still carry bows and arrows so feel free to grab their bows if you want. I could go in and see about changing the mod to remove the Falmer Bows and arrows from the game, but I'm not terrible sure that I'll do it right; and I also like the idea that their Elven blood still causes them to have an interest in archery.

There are nor prerequisites/requirements for this mod.
