This is a mod, that replaces the Unrelenting Force (Fus Ro Dah) with sneezing. So if you use Unrelenting shout, your character will sneeze your enemy so powerful. :)
You can install it with NMM.
If you wish, to install it manually, just extract the file, and copy the 'Data' folder into SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\ and hit replace (if it asks).
