Beautiful home and within moments of visiting it for the first time it became my primary home for my family and children.  It's simple, cosy and very homely.
I've had two minor issues though.  Firstly, when I first fast travelled to it, it dumped me underneath the boardwalk in the water outside, and I had to toggle collision off in order to get out and back on dry land.  It hasn't happened since but just thought it a little strange.

The only other minor complaint I have is, the central fireplace on the ground floor appears as a blank space with the hearth in front of it.  Is this a problem on my end, or an incomplete feature?  Thank you for such a beautiful house!

Some mesh / texture replacers seem to edit that piece of wall as well and cause the weirdness.

Ahh, could that be the SMIM mod?  Sorry, I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to mods.

My follower seems to have difficulty stepping onto the bridge leading to the house. To get him across I quite literally have to run into him several times to re-position him onto the actual walkway. Not sure if its just my follower or vanilla path-finding, but I thought I might point it out anyway! Keep up the beautiful work!

It's got to be a vanilla issue because I double-checked the navmesh at the bridge when people first reported this, and there was nothing to fix I even remade the navmesh and still they didn't go over.

So a dragon attacked me here, and i killed it but it won't go away? Its not even a skeleton it still has its skin but its dead and just laid out on my yard ruining my atmosphere of quiet cottage. is there anything i can do about it? I've tried console commands to disable it and delete it but its been there for a long time no, and nothing is working does anyone have any ideas?

If you use Jaxonz Positioner, you might be able to delete it, or at least move it to somewhere out of sight out of mind. You can get it as a standalone, or as part of his suite of utilities.

Holy s*** this house is beautiful! And the view is spectacular, specially using DynDOLOD.

My character is a loner/hunter/avid reader who spent most of his days camping under the stars. Lately has been thinking what to do with the increasing book collection. This house is perfect. I'll just pretend his whole family was killed by bandits -another reason to chop more heads.

    Thanks & endorsed!

All your houses are real gems, Eli. You're very talented. Also, I WANT those chairs IRL!

One small thing, I think you missed a spot. This is looking up from the base of the cliff:

Okay so I'm not exactly complaining but...... the potions and poisons are just decor, they aren't like storage chests like you did in your previous mods... I know you love to decor but even the shelf next to the bookshelf is complete decor. 'tis the only thing... Other than that, the mods awesome, loved it... if only you were on player.me - the site. :3 I'm just spamming Skyrim's screenshots and well, this mod's too , inb4 you say, yeah, I'm that guy who always comment on your facebook posts =P

Dear Eli, I just deleted my lv 56 saves to start again in this humble, sexy, outstanding, dream-house and sexier oh and Free Horse >=)

One lil, tiny itty bit problem, no drink storage. I'm a heavy alcoholic Bosmer. Anyway, superb job Eli, so far 2nd best favorite house for me.

    Hello.
Thank you for a lovely house. But I have a problem. I do not know what it is. And she touches the part of the house...
More similar to the mountain, but you can go through it. And if you enter into it then it disappears. It grows from the bottom. Please help me, home is very beautiful
Maybe someone knows what's to do?

You need to properly install the loose files that come with the download and not let other mods overwrite. They are meant to prevent that exact thing from happening.

You mean change the boot order in the plugin list?
      I'm not good at this...
Maybe I need to delete any of a mesh landscape,
      or something else?

No, you don't need to delete anything, you just need to install the Pinegrove Lodge.esp, Pinegrove Lodge.bsa AND meshes folder.

The meshes folder contains the UPDATED landscape mesh that will fix that bubble in your pictures.

Just wanted to drop by and say that after playtesting this house yesterday I've drawn the conclution that it is everything I want in my life. Thanks again for a wonderful housemod! My Dovahkiin will rest her weary feet and yell at her grandchildren in this house.
