A small, cozy winter home next to Windhelm on the east.

Snowfall Cottage is a warm, cozy home that is perfect for a hunter character. It's not family friendly, since it's too small, also I didn't want the kids to play with the neighbor horkers. But I believe you can bring at least your spouse here with the Spouses can live everywhere mod (www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/11370), because there is a double bed. Other than that outside it has a woodchopping box and a smelter, inside there's a tanning rack, anvil, grindstone, armorer workbench, alchemy, enchanter, cooking, five weapon racks and a shrine of Kynareth. With this house you also get a full set of Skaal armor, because it's cold outside, and hey you deserve it. :) The mod requires Dragonborn DLC. The home is basically next to Windhelm on the east side.

-fixed the navmesh outside
-added an unowned child bed, to use with:

-deleted the ten million clam meats from the kettle
-lowered the cooking pot so you won't levitate while cooking anymore
-added two chairs in front of the fireplace to relax
-added some idle markers for npcs
-added one more chair and plate of food to the dining table
