Mzar'Luef is a Dwarven playerhouse located at southwest of Riften, directly south of Snow Shod ...Farm(?).
It contains a short quest, wich takes ca.10 min to establish room interior in an (at the beginning) empty Ruin.
As soon the quest is finished, your new house contains a small internal garden, an enchanting workbench, an alchemy workbench, a sharpening wheel, a forge, an armor workbench, smelter, leatherrack, fully functional bookshelves, Mannequins, a lot of space to expose your weapons, showcases, a marketplace with four merchants (Blacksmith,Alchemist,Misc and Sorcerer) in a seperate building, and a lot more. I hope I added everything you need.

Requirements:
No other mods or DLCs required

Location:
-Southwest of Riften, South of SnowShod (Location shown on the first picture)
-Head out for Dwarven buildings.
