Hi guys, here's another one I played around with.
I decided to go with a classy rouge type outfit. As usual the mod is a mashup of vanilla assets.
It can be crafted at any blacksmith under the leather category. The armor set has the same stats and perk requirements as the default leather armor. 

Please keep in mind that this set does not have any headgear included. Another thing to keep in mind is that the armor uses the default textures for the thieve's guild armor. So if you have any kind of texture replacer from another mod, it will affect how the armor set will look like.

These are my suggested texture mods that I find fitting for the overall armor theme.

UPDATE:
There is a optional plugin that replaces the thieves armor with the armor set from this mod.
