I downloaded the Vahl follower mod and was able to get the facegen from the mod to use as a preset. This character comes from the youtube channel VenturianTale. I had to configure it a little but that is besides the point.

Mods Required:
A Skyrim Tale Follower - Vahl The Dragonborn Dimension Walker by MCab719
SG Female Textures Renewal by hellosanta
The Eyes of Beauty by Gabriel Mailhot
CBBE by Caliente (Adult Content) or DIMONIZED UNP Female Body by dimon99 (Adult Content) 
Ethereal Elven Overhaul by Nuska
Brows by Hvergelmir
Ponytail Hairstyles by Azar
RaceMenu by expired6978

Installation:
1. Install Mods Above
2. Unzip File
3. place in Steam\SteamApps\common\Skyrim\Data\SKSE\Plugins\CharGen\Presets
4. Open Game
5. Click the Presets Tab and Click f9
6. Name Character and Have Fun!!!

Know Issues:
Will load default hair. Just pick the hairstyle in the photos using the sliders.
