Adds Lord Scatsbury, the hilarious youtuber and Skooma addict to Solitude.

I was going to write a description about this mod, but, frankly... it's so much easier to just add this:
...and this is the guy this mod adds to Skyrim. You can find him in Solitude, standing there awkwardly, since he was last spotted riding a carriage there, while being followed by several werewolves. He doesn't mind you stealing, assaulting, murdering or generally being genocidal, in fact, as you've probably noticed, he likely enjoys it.
He is also a Skooma head. And he thinks dragons are foxes. Contains about a hundred or so lines of voiced dialog.
If you want to laugh, I highly recommend spawning a couple of Scatsburies, several Samuels, several Kharjos, several werewolves, a couple dragons, and attacking Kharjo and the Samuels, like I did in the screenshots. It might be wise to turn god mode on. Which Scats can't do to himself anymore, now that he is no longer the player character.
Should require nothing but Skyrim itself.
Any mods that change the world space of Solitude, such as "Open Cities", will make Scatsbury no longer appear. However, you can just spawn him using the console.
If you want your own personal Lord Scatsbury to look like the one from his vids, these are the replacers he uses, according to himself:

(you might have to save in front of him and then load said save in order to get his dialogue to work)
NOTICE: If the "Follow me" dialog is not showing up for you, save your game, uninstall this mod, go back into the save you did, you'll get the missing esp warning, ignore it. Load your save, then make a new one. Leave your game again, install this mod again, load the last save you did. This will fix his dialog. Pay heed to the warning between parenthesis above.
NOTICE: Due to my own inexperience, you are unable to dismiss him. This is a common bug, but I haven't managed to fix it myself. For now, the only way to do it is killing him, and then spawning another one if you ever need him again. If you want to try to fix it, go right ahead, you can do whatever you want with this file as long as you credit me (although, I do ask that you don't upload it to Steam. Fuck Steam)
