You have Noble Skyrim installed. The stucco is vanilla.

I wanted to try this one since I love the finished/un-buildable version. Unfortunately, I ran into multiple problems with it:

    • The house would not even show up in the actual game world until I bought it--then it just pops into existence.
    • The cheat chest with the materials spawned only on first load. Any time after that (including on a fully fresh save file, it was just not there).
    • Worst of all, my game (the OLD old version of Skyrim, as in 2011 + individual DLCs, not LE), just does not save progress in this house. I would go in there, add some furniture, go back outside (fully off the estate), save manually, load my save... and I am right back to not even owning the place and having to rebuy it.

So sadly it's back to the finished version for me.

And for the record, no, I don't expect any of the above to be fixed, because I understand that this mod is quite old at this point. Just wanted to mention it in case others run into the same issue.

Your mods are really good, the only thing I don't like is the double bed model.
I say this because when having sex with your wife, as soon as it ends, the two of you are trapped in the bed because of those damn woods above.
The double bed has to be free above the single bed style, when there are these beds I don't even waste time downloading the mod, because I've already had this experience and I just got angry.
I really wanted to download this Skyfall Estate mod but I gave up because of the double bed.

Which is more stable this one or the one already furnished? I had the furnished version and it's been locking up lately even with a new game.

Hello there 😊👋. First, thank you a lot for all your work i absolutely love all your mods!  Back to business Proventus, i wanted to ask if you take comissionable jobs ; meaning, There is no decent ork player/village home in the game, a Blackthorne same system but ork themed would be awesome tbh (in fact dark elf and kajiit too). So, just wanted to ask if you still got motivation or mood 😜 to do one ( I will pay you forcyour work of course, just name your price). Thank you again for your hard and talented work!

I'll guess that both this mod and Scarlett are not two mods to have in a single load order? Activating this one told me whether i wanted to overwrite a file from the Scarlett ship mod

I'm assuming the mod author is no longer interested in this mod. I'd love using it but... NONE of the saves I make while in the house show up. NONE. Sucks because I will save, craft, mess up, go back to the save... and I can't in this house. I've kept the mod enabled but haven't used it for at least six months, keep checking back here to see if the author has been checking things... nope. Too bad, but well, can't recommend using it now.

Really a beautiful home. All I need, then some...

Wondering if anyone can help me understand/use the auto-sort. When I put things in the sort/drop-off barrels, they stay there. They do not proceed to the quick access areas. I've tried many things, including rebuilding 3xs, leaving the area and coming back, dropping only a tiny amount of stuff at a time, leaving the area and coming back. I can put things directly in the quick access area (like the bow, meats...ie displays on the shelves), and they stay there - and they never mingle with the things placed in the sort/drop-off barrels. The house is amazing and I can live without the feature - but I'd love to see it work.

I've had most of my mods since the start of the game, and I use LOOT.

Scoured the web and didn't see a bunch on others having this issue, so hoping it's something goofy that I am overlooking and someone can enlighten me.

    Thanks, :)

Hell, I can't even get the crafting stations for work. It does the item search, says done, starts the zoom to use the station but kicks me from the station before the crafting HUD comes up. If anyone can help I would be grateful.

The drop off barrels are only linked to each other; one near the front door and one in the smithing area. Obviously, they aren't linked to crafting storage, but it's a short walk to them from the smithing area drop off barrel. Seeing the hassles I've gone through with other home mods, I think this is worth the very minor inconvenience.

This happened a couple of times to me too while I was testing it out. It seems to be related to manually storing items in the autosort chest that "don't belong" there. I had stored gems and stuff like nails and hinges in it manually. I stopped doing that and put them in the miscellaneous smithing items on the shelf next to the barrel and this problem never happened again (knock on wood).

Very nice player home, but theres hardly any difference to the regular version, and i found the "buildable" tag a bit deceiving.

Got to it in hopes that i could add whichever divisions i wished (i.e. dont have kids, so no kids rooms) except the whole house already exists, so in the end this is more like a "furnishing edition", because thats all we're doing. The kids rooms are always there, all you get to choose is whether or not they get furniture. If you choose not to, you're just left with completely empty, dark rooms.

Guess i was thinking it would be more like hearthfires, where the division doesn't materialize until you build it.

yeah, I had the same expectation too. Was mildly disappointed until I had the house all set up, but the form and function of the house quickly dispelled that. Thinking of making my own mod home that has this capability, but with more flexibility than the Hearthfire homes. I hate that I can't put the Enchanting tower, for instance,on another side of the house.
