A patch to ensure compatibility between "True Storms" and "Purity".

This is a patch to ensure compatibility and bring new supreme rainstorms of True Storms by fadingsignal into beautiful weathers of Purity by Laast.
Load this after Purity and True Storms, naturally.
Optional file in file section modifies the only weather not modified by "Purity" or "True Storms" to be in line with those.
HYPOTHETICAL LOAD ORDER:
...or, maybe you could try LOOT. Just saying..

- 29.05.2015 Created and added an optional file, answering concerns about one weather type looking too bright. Turns out, this weather wasn't covered by either of mods. So, I decided to right all wrongs and straighten all bends.
