you mean you don't know how to make it lore-friendly? you forgot the Night-Eye for 300 seconds on self effect the original was Fortify Health 20 pts for 300 seconds on self and Night-Eye for 300 seconds on self.
Like I said, I almost didn't upload this mod. Doing that would make it very script heavy(which I'm trying to keep low in My current playthrough) plus would conflict with other mods that edits Avrusa Sarethi. Plus, it's been over 200 years since the events in Oblivion..it's very likely that the knowledge of the potion has become known to some extent, plus Sinderion was not the inventor of the potion, others could have found out about. As well, it's meant to be used on harder difficulties, and balanced out by making it rare and expensive.
The idea is nice but i don't think the potion should be selled in alchemy shops as the recipe was top secret and only that guy from Skingrad knew it. Also, the effect isn't very unique, it should be like gaining experience faster.
you should include Avrusa Sarethi, she is sinderion aprentice after all, my sugestion is, make her trade a great quantity of nirnroots for the potion, each potion she makes it opens an option to make a stronger one requiring even more nirnroot than the last, the strongest version whould require the crimsom roots. with only one character being able to provide the potion and a great quantity of roots required for it should balance the strenght and rarity.

At last have it at moderate effects, for me I never picked the strongest version of the elixir in Oblivion.
